We undertook a range of maintenance and refurbishment projects for the Estate Management Team at Brindley Place across all properties on this prestigious site.
This included refurbishments projects across several floors, dilapidations projects, decoration, carpet refurbishment, installation of LED lighting, full carpet replacement schemes in core areas of Building 4, and maintenance across the site.
Because of our work with the Brindley Place Estate Management team, we also won work for tenants on the site including Free Radio and Coast to Coast.
We are proud to have been a key provider to such an iconic, City Centre location, and the works undertaken here enabled us to raise our profile and attract us to other clients in the vicinity.
