We have recently worked with LCP estates in relation to their Pensnett Estate, which is one of the largest secure industrial estates in Europe, comprising of 185 acres and is home to almost 200 companies.
We have undertaken planned maintenance work for the LCP team, as well as dilapidation works, bespoke solutions to some of their property management issues and general property maintenance work too.
