At Burgess Care Leamington, we have completed a full refurbishment of a bungalow to raise the standard of accommodation available to the residents supported there.
We stripped out existing fixtures, reconfigured the existing space by relocating a bedroom and kitchen / diner to make better use of the floorplate. The works involved installation of new shower facilities, decoration throughout, new lighting, flooring and improved staff living quarters.
The project was delivered to tight timescales due to the area being needed for use, and came in below the agreed budget.
