Scope of Works
AKW, a leading provider of accessible bathroom, kitchen and daily living solutions, required a professional and efficient setup of their exhibition stand to ensure maximum visual impact and functionality for event attendees. With the Care Show bringing together a wide range of healthcare professionals, specifiers, and decision-makers, the quality and precision of the exhibition environment was important.
Our team was responsible for the full physical setup of the stand, working to detailed plans provided by AKW and liaising closely with event organisers at the NEC. This included the careful handling and positioning of display units, product samples, marketing materials, and branding assets. The goal was to create an inviting, well-organised, and engaging space that reflected the innovation and reliability of the AKW brand.
Challenges & Solutions
Exhibition setups present unique logistical challenges due to tight access windows, strict health and safety requirements, and the need to coordinate with multiple other exhibitors and suppliers on site. Igloo managed the process smoothly and professionally, delivering the complete setup within the limited timeframe allocated by the venue.
At the close of the show, we returned to oversee a prompt and efficient decommissioning process, ensuring that all equipment and materials were carefully dismantled, packed, and returned to AKW in perfect condition. Our attention to detail and respect for both the venue and the client’s products meant zero disruption or delays during teardown.
