During the Christmas holiday period, we successfully completed the installation of parquet flooring in 3 Brindleyplace in time for the return to work in early January 2025.
The main driver for this project was to bring the quality of the communal space in line with other areas of the building, using Italian ceramic herringbone tiles which aesthetically improved the space for clients, in this instance Avison Young, who occupy the 6th floor.
Project Details
Having successfully completed a similar project for this client on their 4th floor, they were confident in asking us to install the new flooring without disruption to the usage of the building.
Work commenced with our team removing the old flooring in the lift lobby and communal landings before Christmas, preparing the space to lay the new flooring with the project to be completed within 8 days between Christmas and New Year.
