On behalf of LCP Estates, we completed a clearance and refurbishment project of a 4,000 sq ft industrial facility at Multipark Pensnett, ahead of the space being relet.
Over a three week period, we completely cleared the entire site and warehouse of waste, stripping out fixtures and fittings.
The space has been refurbished and redecorated, including resurfacing the warehouse floor.
We completed an inspection and service of the fire alarm system as well as the shutters, providing an EICR certificate to ensure the space is compliant for the new tenants.
