Tim Connelly
Director
Director Tim has spent his career in property management, with over 20 years of experience managing refurbishment and maintenance programmes across public and private sectors.
Harry Lewis
Operations Director
Harry is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 10 years of experience managing finances for a large PLC prior to becoming a full-time director at Igloo. Harry also has hands on, operational experience helping to manage and deliver property projects.
Matt Adams
Project Manager
Matt oversees all significant projects and is the first point of call between the business, our clients and our trades people on site, ensuring continued communication and streamlined project management.
Emma Mills
Head of Administration and Compliance
With 20 years of experience in this role, Emma has worked across a range of industries providing administration and compliance documentation, for complete support of our clients throughout the process.
La Toya Reid
Office Administrator
La Toya has worked in the property industry for more than 6 years and is responsible for scheduling of all works, as well as liaising with our internal team and clients to ensure that all projects and maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
Kevin Meyer
Non-Executive Director
The business is also supported by Kevin in a non-executive director capacity. Kevin is a Member of the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has over 30 years’ experience running property and construction advisory businesses.
Jack Connelly
Trainee Estimator and Quantity Surveyor
With a First Degree with Honours in Business and Finance from Cardiff University, Jack is proving to be a valuable addition to the Igloo team, and we look forward to watching him develop over the coming years.
In addition to the above, Igloo has an in-house team of qualified, multi trade staff and a number of trusted sub-contractors that we work with on a regular basis that may be required as part of more complex refurbishment or maintenance projects.
